Generic membership conditions:

Be a member of Apemip;
Submit a document proving Apemip's quotas regularized;
Do not belong to another Real Estate Network;
Have a high-speed Internet connection that allows correct management of the application;
Subscribe to the network subscription contract, its internal regulations and other necessary documentation that will be delivered to you by the Consultant ComprarCasa.

Responsible for treatment	CCPT - BuyHome. Real Estate Services Network, S.A. ("CCPT")
Purposes and fundamentals of legitimacy	Follow up your request which may consist of a request for evaluation, real estate information and/or job application. The CCPT may also, if consented, use its contacts for marketing purposes related to its services, including by electronic means.
Recipients	Entities that are part of your Real Estate Network or QUALITAS - Society of Technical Evaluations, Ldasolely to provide an appropriate response to the request.
Conservation deadlines	Personal data shall be retained for the period necessary for the provision of the service contained in this form, without prejudice to it being kept for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in judicial proceedings, if necessary, and/or compliance with conservation obligations imposed by law applicable to the CCPT. In cases where the treatment depends on consent, they will be kept until it is revoked.
Rights	Rights of access, rectification or deletion of personal data collected, as well as the rights of limitation, opposition and portability of such personal data, which must be exercised by communicating to the specific email address for this purpose, [email protected], with the subject "ComprarCasa - Data". Holders of personal data also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.
