What is Energy Certification?

Energy certification classifies the energy performance of a property on a scale from A+ to F and recommends a set of improvement measures. The energy certificate is mandatory for any commercial advertising of your property or when entering into sales or rental contracts.

Responsible for treatment	CCPT - BuyHome. Real Estate Services Network, S.A. ("CCPT")
Purposes and fundamentals of legitimacy	Follow up your request which may consist of a request for evaluation, real estate information and/or job application. The CCPT may also, if consented, use its contacts for marketing purposes related to its services, including by electronic means.
Recipients	Entities that are part of your Real Estate Network or QUALITAS - Society of Technical Evaluations, Ldasolely to provide an appropriate response to the request.
Conservation deadlines	Personal data shall be retained for the period necessary for the provision of the service contained in this form, without prejudice to it being kept for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in judicial proceedings, if necessary, and/or compliance with conservation obligations imposed by law applicable to the CCPT. In cases where the treatment depends on consent, they will be kept until it is revoked.
