To know the legal framework applicable to the use that will be made by CCPT – ComprarCasa, Rede Serviços Imobiliários, S.A. ("CCPT") of your personal data that you will provide us while browsing our website, you should carefully read this Privacy Policy, in which we provide you with information, among others, on the grounds of legitimacy that allow us to process your personal data, as well as the rights you have in relation to them. However, if you enter into any contract with CCPT, we will include in it all specific legal privacy information that is applicable to the product or service you have contracted.
 
When we mention your personal data, we refer to any information about you, such as your name and surname, address, email address, whether you are of legal age or whether you are interested in any of our services. At CCPT, we highly value your trust and attach great importance to your privacy and its protection, so we will process the personal data you transmit to us, strictly complying with all legal requirements that apply to us.
 
The data mentioned in the previous paragraph will correspond to personal data of adults since, by decision of the CCPT, we do not receive or process data from people who have not reached the age of majority.
 
If we make any changes to the Privacy Policy that may affect you in any way, such as if we plan to process your data for purposes other than those intended, we will notify you before starting any activity. 1. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
 
The information and/or personal data collected through the forms on the website (such as name, email, telephone number and address) will be processed electronically, in strict compliance with national and EU legislation on the protection of personal data, namely Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the respective implementing law in Portugal, being processed by the following entity, as data controller:

2. For what purpose and legal basis do we use your data?
 
CCPT assumes that all personal data you provide to us is correct and accurate, and that, if necessary, it undertakes to notify us of any change to it. If at any time we are provided with personal data of third parties, you are responsible for informing them and obtaining their consent before providing us with such data and ensuring that it is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 
CCPT will process your data for the purpose of offering you a more personalized service, namely to be able to respond to and process any question or request that is made to us through our email addresses or any of our telephone numbers. Thus, we may process your data in order to provide the user with all the information you request from us about our services and about those provided by third parties with whom CCPT maintains commercial relations.
 
Likewise, we will process your personal information to respond to suggestions and complaints that may be submitted to the quality department of the ComprarCasa Network through the "Suggestions" tab.
Depending on the purposes of processing your personal data in each case, the legal basis for processing them will be different. At any given time, we will inform you (1) when the information we request from you is essential for CCPT to enter into the contract, (2) when and why we request the information we are legally obliged to request from you, and (3) when and why we need your consent to use your data.
 
(A) Legitimate interest:
 
We will process your personal data to provide you with our help whenever you request information about our services, and to respond to suggestions and complaints sent to us through our website. For this purpose, we will only request the data necessary to contact the user to provide the requested information.
 
(B) Fulfillment of the contractual relationship:
 
If requested, we may also process your data in order to allow the user to contract any of our products or services, as well as the development, compliance, execution and management of all those who already have a contract with CCPT.
 
We will also process the personal information you provide to us to manage your registration as a customer on our website. This will be necessary for us to identify you as a user and allow you access to the different options available to you as a registered user. However, the specific conditions that will govern your relationship with CCPT, including those relating to privacy, will be presented in advance. In these cases, we need to process your personal data to formalise, manage and fulfil the contract you wish to enter into with us, as well as to provide you with the services you have requested from us.
 
(C) Compliance with a legal obligation:
 
There may also be situations in which, in order to comply with legal obligations applicable to us, we must use your personal data. In these cases, and to the extent possible, we will inform you of such use and the applicable legal basis.
 
(D) Consent:
 
In order to process your data in matters that are not necessary for the fulfilment of the contract entered into with you, that do not result from legal obligations, or in which we do not have a legitimate interest, it will be necessary to obtain your prior consent. Where this happens, we will inform you in detail about the purpose and manner of use of your data.
 
3. Will we share your personal data with someone?
 
CCPT is the entity responsible for the collection, use, storage and deletion, if applicable, of your data. Therefore, in general, your data will be used by CCPT, and we will not transfer it to third parties. We will only do so where we are required to do so by law, where we have expressly authorized it to do so by you, or where it is in the legitimate interest of both you and CCPT. Outside of these situations, we will not communicate the information you provide to us to third parties.
 
However, we inform you that CCPT may need to communicate your personal data to the entities that are part of its Real Estate Network, to QUALITAS – Sociedade de Avaliações Técnicas, Lda, to Credit Intermediaries and lenders, solely to provide an adequate response to your request. In these situations, we will communicate your data to these entities when it is essential.
 
Similarly, CCPT maintains a business relationship with support service providers who will occasionally need access to your personal data. We refer, for example, to companies that provide technological or IT services or to security companies. When you provide us with your personal data, you authorize us to process and share your information with those providers.
 
In this regard, we want to make it clear that in the contracts entered into with these suppliers we will establish, among others, the obligation to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to process the data to which they access only in compliance with our requests and instructions and to delete or return them as soon as their services end.
 
4. How long will we keep your data?
 
CCPT will keep the information provided to us for the time strictly necessary to manage and respond to what you have requested from us. When your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was provided to us, it will only be kept for the purposes of establishing, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings, if necessary. This data will be stored, but properly blocked and will be used only for this purpose.
 
Due to a legal obligation (e.g. in relation to the prevention of money laundering), it may be necessary to keep your data for a longer period if you have contracted any of our financial products or services. In each case, the user will be informed of how long their personal data will be stored and used.
 
For processing based on your consent, we will keep your information for as long as you keep it and until you revoke it.
 
5. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
 
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether CCPT is processing personal data concerning you and, if so, to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of the inaccurate data or, if applicable, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data and, if you have consented to profiling and it has been carried out in its entirety by an automated procedure, you may request non-automated processing, express your point of view and challenge decisions based on said profiling.
 
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data, as well as request its portability to be sent to the entity designated by you, in a structured format.
