Personal data shall be retained for the period necessary for the provision of the service contained in this form, without prejudice to it being kept for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in judicial proceedings, if necessary, and/or compliance with conservation obligations imposed by law applicable to the CCPT. In cases where the treatment depends on consent, they will be kept until it is revoked. |
